As a piece of Brutalist interior design, this space is compelling. However, as a place for people to navigate, it was somewhat confusing. In dialogue with Peter Elliott Architecture + Urban Design, who led the refurbishment, we designed, created, and installed large-scale numbering and other signs to help orient people within the space.
